AngularJS) The Digital Corporate Services and Solution (DCSS) within Client is responsible for delivering a secure, resilient engagement platform that provides a seamless, personalized convenient experience to our consumers - members, prospective members and non-members. The Digital Presence Technology team leverages the Agile scrum methodology to deliver new features and functionality to our Client members using ADOBE Experience Manager as a platform to deliver Angular JS framework based Responsive Web Design. The Client development team is searching for an experienced developer skilled in Java (J2EE), Angular JS, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration (Jenkins, Maven, Grunt, Gulp), TypeScript, and Sightly. This position will work as part of a scrum team and provide technical leadership to the team in implementing new experiences for our members on Client. This position also leads the creation of Software Architectural Documents (SADs) and ensures Client best practices and development patterns are used within the scrum teams. Essential Functions: Provides technical leadership during all phases of Web development following Information Technology standards and industry best practices. Stays current with industry and Information Technology standards regarding new practices in Web applications development. Directs the analysis and definition of efficient, cost-effective Web application software solutions, which support functional requirements. Works with other internal Information Technology departments to identify and develop solution designs. Basic Qualifications: Experience Technical lead experience. UI front end experience. AEM experience highly preferred. Web Service design, development, and delivery experience. Distributed Application development - framework and reusable component development, enterprise/application architect experience, experience with software development methodologies. RUP, Agile, Waterfall. Solid hands on experience on Java, J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Consuming RESTful (JSON over HTTP) web service, JavaScript frameworks like Angular JS, Backbone. Proficient in designing using all/any available Web development methodologies. Java development background. Experience with Responsive Web Design, Test Driven development and continuous integration. Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical team. Responsible for product roadmap development, requirements gathering, and backend integration, along with strategic architecture and infrastructure vision and realization. Proven expertise in integrated systems planning and technology assessments. Business processes, function, non-functional requirements analysis and solution consulting. Organizational proficiencies to multitask and work in a fast paced environment under limited supervision. Highly motivated, self starter, results oriented, and have a strong sense of ownership and follow through to resolution. Strong problem solving skills. Experience with financial analysis and business justification. Ability to communicate and interact with various levels of an organization structure. Ability to influence through partnership and collaboration. Ability to communicate complex technical solutions and concepts to leaders and business partners. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
