Looking for a qualified candidate to fill an FP&A support financial analyst role in our North America Residential and Light Commercial program finance in Indianapolis, Indiana. The successful candidate will provide broad financial analysis support of engineering, projects, and material costs. The candidate must be a self-starter, support day to day requirements and support process improvement initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: − Provide engineering teams accounting and analysis support. − Support engineering monthly forecast and report preparations. − Support engineering annual plan and report preparations. − Perform monthly engineering accounting accrual analysis and prepare journal entry. − Analyze and prepare monthly engineering SAP Internal Order journal entry. − Analyze and prepare monthly engineering allocations journal entry. − Analyze and prepare monthly engineering accounting intercompany invoicing − Provide various other engineering analysis for expense and capital reporting. − Support engineering capital appropriation requests and analysis. − Support program teams in project analysis and reporting. − Perform cost analysis of Bill of Material (BOM). − Support program teams project capital appropriation requests analysis and documentation. − Perform ad hoc and various other financial analysis as required. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: − BA / BS degree with a minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: − Experience in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Excel retrieves preferred. − Experience in engineering finance and accounting concepts preferred. − Experience in manufacturing and operations finance and accounting concepts preferred. − Strong analytical skill preferred. − Knowledge of SAP preferred. − Passion for servicing customers with ability to listen to customer needs and act quickly to solve their problems to exceed their expectations. − Ability to execute with speed and exhibit a bias for action mindset. − Ability to work in diverse and collaborative environment. − Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams). ____________________________________________________________________ Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
