National Sales Manager - Hybrid Cable EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: •B.S. in engineering or marketing/business discipline •Prior experience in direct sales •6+ years of relevant industry experience •M.B.A is preferred but not required LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: The National Sales Manager will develop and execute strategy to help Superior Essex exceed their goal for hybrid cable sales into the 5G and WISP wireless markets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop business plan(s) and marketing strategies for profitably gaining market share in targeted markets • Actively lead the process of introducing new products to the market • Analyze market conditions and help develop business plan to achieve corporate goals • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to implement new product designs • Recognize new business opportunities and lead effort to justify new investments SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: • Candidate must have demonstrated and verifiable sales leadership experience • Technical understanding of wireless and wireline networks is preferred • Demonstrated capabilities in financial analysis and budgeting • Strong skills in overall business management, verbal and written communications, and negotiations • Excellent presentation skills COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS: • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
