Talent Management Program Analyst - HUM000631 Responsible for conducting advanced organizational development analysis to enable talent management strategies. Utilizes complex problem solving skills to translate business needs into organizational development and executive communication initiatives that enhance organization capability. Consults with cross-functional program owners collaboratively to identify key business issues, trends and appropriate opportunities from a multi-disciplinary perspective. Assist Manager, Talent Management in support and execution of Talent Management strategies and tactics. Creates flexible short- and long-term plans that optimize and align organization development, leadership development and talent management processes to support changing organizational priorities. Performs planning, analysis and reporting activities for TM programs to ensure they remain within scope, budget and timeline and meet defined quality standards. Determines the operational delivery and execution of change management tactics that include a focus on the people aspects of change. Execute additional tasks in order to meet departmental project-related or development and change objectives Uses subject matter expertise of existing business and technical processes and applies to assigned tasks and projects. Informs HR leaders to create and maintain alignment around the project business objectives, measurable benefits, success criteria, scope, and constrains impacting project delivery. Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline, or equivalent experience Understanding of talent management processes, talent development, and operational project management Minimum 3 years progressive experience in talent management or (people) change management roles Proven track-record in managing cross-functional stakeholders and process optimization that accelerates the development of organizational talent Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project High level of attention to detail Advanced communication skills including written and presentational Effectively collects, cleans, analyzes, and interprets extensive data to identify opportunities and advisable actions that optimize talent and drive business results Prior experience implementing and working in HR systems such as Talent Management cloud-based solutions.
