OVERALL OBJECTIVE:Scheduler is responsible for recruiting, scheduling, and supervising, and supervising Brand Ambassadors who conduct in-store demos such as sampling, tasting, or merchandising activities. Reports to: This position reports directly to Product Connections Director of Operations. Indirectly to Scheduler Manager.Hours: Full time job - This job requires to work Saturdays. Compensation date Wednesday.Base/Location: Remote. No travel/driving required.Key duties for a scheduler are: Recruiting: Actively recruit and hire team of Brand Ambassadors for a designated region. Works closely with Product Connections HR and On-boarding Team to hire and secure Part Time Employees. Scheduling: Schedules in-store demos or VEE visits for a designated territory. Scheduling is managed through Product Connections scheduling system (Movista) Schedule 100% of events in his or her area of coverage. Work fast on securing back-ups as needed. Load schedules in Product Connections scheduling systems. Finds the most appropriate BA to activate each job. In order to do this, Scheduler should consider: Distance: Schedules stores that are close to BA''s to avoid transportation fees. Talent: Assigns the best BA to each event, considering the complexity of the event, or any other talent requirement requested by client (such as language, specific skills, etc.). Event requirements: Makes sure BA''s have all appliances, utensils, and materials to conduct demo. Make sure BA understands the job requirements, is prepared to do the job as required by client and follows Product Connections standards - including proper management of scheduling system and tools. Supervision: Follow up demo check-ins / check-outs, set-ups, and survey recaps leveraging on Product Connections real time reporting systems. Assists employees with any problems or crises that may occur during demo. Conducts basic training for new BA''s. Coordinates on the job trainings and work with employees to improve performance and obtain better business results.Collaborates with HR answering questions from your team such as event information, payroll questions, etc. Event reconciliation: Provides weekly reconciliation of events. Microsoft Excel proficiency required.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Hospitality, among others)Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, with emphasis in excel: Candidate should be able to manage spreadsheets with multiple tabs, VLOOKUPs, and basic pivot tables.Experience:Minimum 2 year of Scheduling / Recruiting / Instore demosSupervisor experience is required.Skill in:Superb organization skills and attention to detail.Clear, concise and professional communication in both oral and written context.Well developed problem-solving skills with basic ability to identify and mitigate complex problems and use the full array of organizational resources appropriately.Work under and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Working effectively both independently and in collaborative special projectsCustomer satisfaction.Positive can-do attitude.Ability to:Manage multiple team members and work effectively with professionals of all levels.Make decisions and use common sense.Build working relationships with team members and employees.Work on multiple projects at the same time without sacrificing quality.Knowledge Of:Computer proficiency in a Windows environment with a working knowledge of MS Excel - PowerPoint - SharePoint.
