IT Business Office Program Analyst - INF001643 This role is responsible for solutions development and analytics to support the IT Business Office, providing executive insights and driving continuous improvement. Information to be developed will include financial, strategic and vendor related analytics. Provide consultative support, business insight, and intelligence to guide decision making and/or strategic planning by leveraging and interpreting data and analytics to provide business specific and broad strategic insights to support business strategies.Location NoteThis role can be performed out of either the Chicago, IL (OSC) or Madison, WI offices.Essential Functions Develop and maintain executive level reporting in support of value-based budgeting processes. Support the IT financial performance improvement Juno initiative within the IT organization including: Assist the organization in identifying key IT metrics to measure success Maintain and record functional and financial performance improvement reporting across IT by providing analytical support to initiatives, tracking process, development of key metrics to determine progress, tracking benefits etc. Assist in sessions with process owners to discuss milestones, business cases, and charting the development of plans focused on improving business results Maintain a program management function within IT to track initiatives, drive accountability and measure results. Understand performance variances and provide feedback and direction to senior leadership with a focus on delivering desired results Maintain IT enterprise operations reporting Required Experience Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience. 4+ years of broad experience in IT analysis, budgeting, accounting or other relevant discipline. Oracle Apex application development Tableau or other visualization software Demonstrates a high level of ownership of assigned projects and shows independent initiative. Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to present clearly; ability to persuade and motivate. Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills. Ability to function effectively in cross-functional teams. Ability to adapt to changing assignments and priorities. Strong team orientation; willingness to help larger team meet goals and responsibilities. Strong personal and professional ethical values and, integrity. Able to lead without authority. Strength in understanding and analyzing data as well as strong communication related to highlighting those trends and sharing insights regarding cause and effect. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with budgeting and strategy concepts and frameworks. Advanced degree (MBA). Experience with leading zero-based budgeting or cost reduction initiatives. Previous experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly the wireless segment.
