Talent Management Program Specialist - HUM000630 Supports and executes team strategies and tactics to drive successful delivery of Talent Management (TM) programs. This role is responsible for multiple aspects of project coordination; process development and continuous improvement; client support; and the flawless delivery of communication initiatives that support all components of TM programs. Assist Mgr, Talent Management in support and execution of TM strategies and tactics Establish effective relationships with stakeholders and/or vendor partners to ensure successful delivery of programs/initiatives Support multiple delivery components of Talent Management programs (i.e. Performance Management, Culture Survey, Director Forums, etc.) Generate alternatives - Creates relevant options for addressing problems/opportunities and achieving desired outcomes Prepare presentations; analyze data and develop reports Assist and participate in projects; develops communication materials, and deliverables in support of projects Document new processes and maintains existing processes through rigorous and structured version control Execute additional tasks in order to meet departmental project-related or development and change objectives Acquire and maintain a general understanding of all operational practices and systems Bachelor degree in Organization Development, Human Resources Management or related discipline, or equivalent experience Basic understanding of talent management and development processes, executive development and communication, and operational project management Ability to support cross-functional stakeholders and process optimization Experience working in human resources and experience working with highly confidential information High level of attention to detail Strong orientation and commitment to maintaining confidentiality Strong communication skills including written and presentational Able to assimilate, analyze and synthesize data Travel up to 25% may be required.
