This is a full-time direct hire role with flexibility on 100% remote.Why join us?* Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits package* Continued on the job education that ensures long-term career opportunities within the agency* Flexible PTO* Health & wellness programsJob DetailsIs your background a fit? * 5+ years of agency-side experience in media or planning (cross channel)* Impeccable communication skills to interact with internal and external teams (account, PM, analytics, creative, and strategy)* Able to inspire, deliver, nurture, and celebrate innovation and creativity What will you be doing?* Write data-driven, innovative, and creative media recommendations * Partner with analytics to plan framework and measurement approach * Present recommendations to clients, including senior clients * Lead internal teams through activation of approved recommendations through close partnership with internal Project Management team * Actively participate in optimizations, testing, and key reporting initiatives * Author cross-channel POVs for clients and for the agency * Travel up to 20%Interested in hearing more?
