We are growing, offer great benefits and a fun atmosphere!Job Detailsâ–ªThis role with manage a couple purchasing agents now and will look to grow the teamâ–ªProvide leadership, direction and training to existing and future team membersâ–ªBe subject matter expert and escalation point for teamâ–ª Recruit and contract high quality, reliable and competitive trade partners. â–ª Create and distribute complete and accurate bid packages. â–ª Lead the charge to receive bids and assist subcontractors to submit accurate bids. â–ª Assist with comparing and analyzing bids.â–ª Solving and troubleshooting field issues. â–ª Manage the RFI process for vendors involved in a competitive bid opportunity. â–ª Ensure that all trades are under trade contractor agreement and are provided current, clear and accurate scopes of work. â–ª Assist with managing, maintaining and growing trade partner relationships. â–ª Assist with terested in hearing more?
