This role will drive digital innovation and serve as a change agent by implementing transformative strategies which increase operating efficiency, reduces cost and time to serve, and increases visibility into business performance. The ideal candidate must have strong software engineering skills, experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, and the ability to manage an IBM iSeries.Responsibilities: Oversee budgeting, project scope, the design and development of new applications. You will be responsible for the final signoff on design, testing, QA, and deployment of all new code. Accountable for estimating and tracking Level of Effort, proper resource allocation and prioritizing projects to achieve business objectives. Must be able to effectively maintain and continuously improve the iSeries system. Own the accuracy and performance of the Azure Data Lake and Tableau BI reporting suite Utilize robotic process automation and other advanced technology to reduce cost and increase efficiency. Will lead a small team of skilled FTEs and consultants. Collaborate with internal and external clients on engineering, designing, and establishing a hassle-free user experience. Drive digital innovation and serve as a change agent by implementing transformative strategies. Serve on the Leadership Team and share accountability for P&L performance.Requirements: Bachelor''s or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a technology-related discipline. Min 5 years'' experience in a similar role, designing, coding, testing, and launching code in a .NET and JavaScript environment 3+ years prior IT leadership or managerial experience Exposure to RPG and iSeries environment Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps Experience creating and performing oversight for requirements gathering, user stories, establishing the design doc, adherence to scope, and minimizing CRs Knowledge of robotic process automation and other advanced automation technologiesInterested in hearing more?
