Coordinates the collection and creation of assigned Company proposal components to ensure all required information is accurate, compliant for inclusion in a project bid. Coordinates the collection and creation of assigned Company proposal components as part of overall proposal documents to ensure all required information is accurate, compliant for inclusion in a project bid. Supports forms development for those related to marketing components and coordinates overall forms needs with Estimating. Works with Proposal Manager on storyboarding for assigned project bids. Collects pursuit information and begins early draft development of assigned sections and marketing specific forms for SOQs and proposals. Works with proposal manager to develop production plans and needs for each proposal. Supports process through to completion. Updates Company databases for projects, resumes and other items as assigned. Coordinates and tracks the collection of forms, information, and data required for each pursuit, at the direction of the Proposal Manager. Assembles proposal documents in various software formats to ensure all proposal criteria is included prior to submittal deadline. Reviews and edits proposal writings to support one-voice methodology, under manager supervision. Complies technical writing and support documentation based on interviews, summary points and examples provided by estimators, engineers, subject matter experts and direct manager. Proofreads, edits, and standardizes proposal text for proper grammar, spelling, comprehension, and style. Provides input on layout, design and document feel to ensure a marketing quality product. Maintains knowledge of Company''s values and strategic plan.Support published corporate policies.Perform additional assignments per management''s direction.Bachelor''s Degree in English, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred. 3+ years'' experience with data collection, writing skills and construction or engineering industry required.Demonstrated organizational skills, writing and focus on overall document compliance. Is able to take on small SOQs on their own and with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills required.Ability to tailor resumes and projects to specific opportunities as well as qualifications. Proven ability to work professionally and efficiently under pressure. Strong time management and task prioritization skills required to ensure timely submittal of project bids required. Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional, Photoshop and InDesign; Deltek VisionAble to travel in support of big meetings and proposals.
