SummaryThe primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative is to manage client accounts during the sales cycle including Setting the initial appointment, following-up with potential and existing customers to generate and qualify leads, schedule field meetings, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and help in resolving any customer issues. Someone that will see success in this roll is positive, professional, and persistent. They can pivot a ''No'' into a ''Yes'' and create an opportunity. This is a position for someone that finds comfort in a routine and finds excitement in relationship building.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Generate and qualify sales opportunitiesProfessionally interacting with outside salesWork closely with the Territory Managers, Regional Sales Directors, and Area Sales Managers to create targeted campaigns targeting both current and potential customers.Heavy volume of daily outbound calls 50-100Engage with customers to understand objections and concerns and assure overall satisfactionUse effective customer service techniques, such as discovery questions and active listening, to identify customer needs and set qualified appointments for the Outside Sales TeamConduct appointment confirmation callsWork close with marketing team to drive business
