Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Regional Manager will be reviewing the completion of shipment audits completed by Quality Assurance Specialists. The position provides leadership and on-going support to the Quality Assurance Specialists assigned to the designated territory and in doing so ensures company standards are consistently delivered in the following areas: employee scheduling, training, development and efficiency, customer service and staff professionalism. This requires travel, field and warehouse work.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of all field operations processes and company terview, hire, train, manage and engage a team that executes projects to the standards expected of clients.Strategically organize and plan the work techniques, equipment and materials, and team members'' schedules prior to commencement of projects, and exercise independent judgement and discretion when modification to the plan are needed.Manage company funds and equipment in accordance with company policy.Maintain on-going knowledge and expertise regarding all new municate any distribution center changes and contact information to appropriate departments for updating purposes.Successfully complete training of all field related services and procedures.Perform other related duties as assigned.This job description does not imply that the above functions are the only tasks that may be performed. Computer Skills: Ability to use and navigate on a company provided computer and mobile device applications. Proficient skills with MS Office Suite programs; Excel.
