JOB SUMMARY:The Program Manager of Revenue Cycle Training, reporting to the Director of Quality, Strategy, and Analytics, is responsible for developing, operationalizing, supervising and maintaining successful education programs for all of Grady''s Revenue Cycle processes to include registration, pre- registration, call center operations, patient access, financial clearance, financial counseling, health information management, revenue integrity, patient financial services, professional billing, and customer service. In addition to leading revenue cycle training initiatives, this individual''s responsibilities also include monitoring quality and performance metrics, keeping the Revenue Cycle Leadership Team apprised of results, and using data to identify and develop targeted opportunities for staff development in all areas of the health system''s revenue cycle. The position also designs and develops instructional material for instructor-led and online training and development courses for operational systems. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor''s Degree in Health Care, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience is required Bachelor''s Degree in Training and Development, Organizational Design, Organizational Development, or Human Resources is preferred. With Bachelor''s Degree: Three (3) or more years revenue cycle or training experience is required High level of experience in adult education/training in the healthcare industry and the use of captive or other on-line training creation is preferred Experience understanding business and/or clinical workflow''s related to the assigned application module is preferred. Understanding of technical instructional design techniques and technology for instructor-led and online course development. High level of knowledge of training principles, curriculum development and preparation of collateral materials is required Excellent oral and written communications skills required to develop and conduct educational programs, presentations, communicate with interdisciplinary teams and practice leadership is required Proficient in Microsoft Word Suite including PowerPoint for the purpose of producing training materials and presentations. Demonstrate good teamwork and interpersonal skills is required Experience in project management to drive system enhancement and end use adoption is preferred End user training experience in EPIC or other clinical/business operations information system is preferred.EOE-Females/Minorities/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
