Snowmobile Receptionist/Van Driver - Winter 2021-22

DescriptionPURPOSE OF POSITION: To book snowmobile tours, answer questions regarding tours, check in guests and collect payment as well as insuring that all releases are completed correctly.SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:Good organizational, interpersonal and phone skillsMust be able to deal with multiple tasks and remain calm during busy periodsMust be 21 years of age or olderValid driver''s licenseClean driving recordMust have reliable transportation for extreme conditionsMust be willing to work all shifts, including weekends and holidaysJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Answer phones and schedule snowmobile toursCheck in guests and assist with guides as neededSell drinks, snacks, and other itemsMaintain and balance a cash drawerOccasionally may be asked to transport guests in vansOccasional snowmobile operation to deliver lunchesClean up after toursOther duties as assignedKeyword: snowmobile, reservation desk, reception, winter, seasonal, guest services, customer service, Deer Valley, DV, Park City, Utah, UTRequirements
