Easy Apply now by clicking the ''Apply Now'' button and sending us your resume.A bit about us:A Manufacturing company of motion controlsWhy join us?Great Benefits, Work Culture, Advancement OpportunitiesJob DetailsDuties and ResponsibilitiesLeads EEE Parts management and procurement for flight projects.Evaluates qualification data, reliability data, and process control data to ensure that parts used in projects are reliable, effective, and suitable for the application.Gives part selection, screening, qualification, and guidance to design engineers.Develops and presents approval rationale and reliability risk assessments to customers.Reviews and evaluates manufacturer submitted Level 3 Production Part Approval Processes (PPAPs) for effectiveness and completeness to address the necessary reliability testing and failure mechanisms for EEE terfaces with manufacturer''s to obtain and discuss data needed to evaluate the part for approval and ongoing approval maintenance.Generates procurement requests for the acquisition of EEE Parts required for its projects.Maintains knowledge of inventory for EEE parts.Maintains knowledge of GIDEP alerts in accordance with project terfaces with customer component engineers throughout life-cycleRequirementsExperience with space grade, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) grade and/or automotive grade EEE parts.Experience with accelerated reliability testing, reliability math, physics of failure, failure analysis, destructive physical analysis, and EEE part specific failure modes and mechanisms.Experience with GSFC EEE-INST-002 Parts Screening StandardExperience with JEDEC, AEC-Q100, AEC-Q101, and AEC-Q200 industry standards, and PPAPs (DFMEA, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, Cpk data, etc.).Experience with EEE manufacturer auditingInterested in hearing more?
