POSITION SUMMARY: As a member of the Marketing and Communications department, the Creative Design Specialist will play a role in designing, creating and delivering marketing programs to support the enhancement of NuScale''s brand and achieving marketing and business development goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with creation and development of marketing and communications materials for all digital platforms. Assist in the development of communications and marketing collateral including presentations, newsletters, posters, event support materials, website, and brochures, and test print to ensure quality control. Assist with the production of printed collateral and serve as a key liaison with the printing company representatives on the requirements of particular projects. Assist with the development and posting of clear, concise content for social media. Assist with the development of digital content for social media (infographics, video vignettes, etc.) Collaborate with marketing team on marketing campaign web landing page experiences (mobile-responsive) Support business development and executive team with NuScale branded gift selection, ordering and wrapping/boxing for presentation. Support sales team with material/collateral (PowerPoint presentations, sales collateral, etc.). Dependability: Consistently on time and at work, responds to management expectations and solicits feedback to improve performance. Safety and security: Observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly. Quality Assurance: Demonstrates understanding and implementation of quality assurance regulations, standards and guidelines of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1. MINIMUM SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES: Education: A minimum of a high school degree is required, an Associate degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design or related field preferred. Experience: Minimum one year of experience in digital media within a corporation or agency required.
