Service Desk Supervisor

Required Skills:* Needs to have 2+ years of experience in a leadership position (ideally a Team Lead or Supervisor)* Must have strong technical and troubleshooting skills* Needs to be able to create and update documentation for policies, procedures and training* Able to participate in or manage Service Desk related projects* Must have technical experience with Windows 10, MS Office, Active Directory and application troubleshooting* Be able to provide technical guidance to the Service Desk Team* Able to display confidence and leadership skills* Must have excellent customer/client service and communication skillsDesired Skills:* Experience with Office365 is a huge plus* Experience with Windows servers* Experience with Azure* Experience with AutoTask* Having experience working with multiple clients/diverse environments* Experience with Cisco Meraki* Familiar with ORM (object-relational mappingDescription of Role/Responsibilities:This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong technical and troubleshooting background to step into a Service Desk Supervisor position at a growing company. This person will be responsible for managing the day to day of the Service Desk Team to ensure tickets are being resolved in a timely manner. This also includes providing technical guidance, acting as a point of escalation, creating documentation, participating or managing projects and some client interaction. You will partner with the Director to focus on big picture/strategic thinking for the team. You will need to display confidence and demonstrate technical expertise.
