Role: Crop Insurance BA/Agriculture Locations: Conshohocken, PA | Florham Park, NJ | Purchase, NY | Manhattan, NY | Charlotte, NC | Nashville, TN Hybrid Model: Tuesday - Thursday Onsite other days Remote Duration: 06+ Months/ Contract Job Requisites : 2 - 3 years in Crop Insurance experience required. Experience working with iterative and agile methodologies; working knowledge of both SDLC & PMLC Hands-on experience writing business requirements, functional requirements or user stories, business process modeling, and data documentation is required. Knowledge and experience leveraging IT solutions for business process improvements or automation. Experience operating and interfacing with business management, including interviewing, walkthrough, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of creating clear, concise deliverables that reflect experience with business needs and the software functionality. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are mandatory, as is experience with communication channels and escalating appropriately. Proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
