Commercial Lines Account Manager

Our client, a Downtown Chicago Insurance MGA, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager for their Growing office. This person will be responsible for making sure that insureds receive great service after purchasing their insurance. Our client will consider all Commercial Lines candidates with Underwriting, Claims or Wholesaler Experience. Unlimited Paid Time Off and $180 Monthly Office Expense allowance. UNLIMITED PTO DUTIES OF COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER: Manage requests for endorsements, certificates of insurance, and cancellations as well as day-to-day servicing of accounts Provide timely follow-up to all client requests and questions Work to round out assigned renewal accounts and retain existing accounts Invoice policies and assist with premium collection when required Analyze existing policies to identify missing coverages and identify risk exposures that are not currently being covered
