This position works with customers to integrate internally and externally hosted applications with Ping Federate. Creates Federation objects, requests, installs digital signing certificates, and troubleshoots integration issues with application owners and suppliers. Creates documentation for Federation tasks and projects. Assists with Ping Access integrations and provides on-call support. Assists with backend server administration and support. Collaborates with organization''s SSO team members to resolve issues and satisfy customer requirements.Job Responsibilities: Work with application customers to integrate end user applications with SAML 2.0/OAuth/OIDC Identity Federation softwareCreate objects and install digital signing certificates in Federation software applicationRespond to application calls for assistance with user access and Federation integration issuesProvide support for the integration of applications to include web servers and application serversProvide server support for SSO environmentRequired Skills: 10+ years work experience with SSO / Federation7+ years work experience with Ping FederateDemonstrated ability working with SAML 2.0/OIDC Federation software in a Linux environmentDemonstrated ability supporting applications in a distributed, highly available, mission-critical environmentDemonstrated ability installing and configuring Ping Federate softwareDemonstrated ability installing and configuring certificates on web servers and application serversAbility to work in team-oriented environment where collaboration is encouraged and valuedSelf-direction and independent problem-solvingAbility to combine data and knowledge from various sources to determine the proper approach for planning and executionKnowledge of common network services and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, HTTPS, VPNKnowledge of Unix / Linux commandsDemonstrated knowledge of common programming practicesExcellent written and verbal communication and documentation skillsKnowledge of network topology design, security, performance, and fault tolerant architecture experience is strongly preferredDesired Skills: Experience with Ping Access softwareExperience with Linux System AdministrationExperience with Java programming and Linux scriptingBackground working with Identity Management systemsBackground in IT SecurityUS person required, optional DoD Secret security clearance; No 3rd party applicants, please!
