This individual will be responsible for standing up, maintaining and strengthening our AD bridge solutions to ensure stable, scalable, and reliable services to our Linux/Unix users.The candidate must demonstrate excellent technical skills to execute product requirements and implement into solution. Candidate will need to carry-out maintenance tasks to ensure the AD Bridge environment is stable and continues to operate as expected.Primary Responsibilities:* Assist with providing support for a variety of AD Bridging solutions including Centrify and BeyondTrust AD Bridge* Manage and maintain the enterprise AD Bridging solution* Assist with design and development projects to effectively implement and integrate access management technologies* Contribute to access management roadmap; including demand prioritization, vendor product selection and project delivery* Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts* Generate training documentation for both end-users and help-desk personnel as necessary* Establish, maintain, and report operational metrics regarding the health and effectiveness of the MFA environment* Partner with other internal or supplier teams as needed (e.g. architecture, network, etc)* Understand and work with the team to resolve technical and non-technical problems * Document end-user enhancements and communicate to product vendors* Participate in production support for any Sev1/Sev2 incidents* Provide oversight of monitoring, patching, log management, configuration management and related processes* Identify and communicate risks/issues and provide recommendations on potential fixes* Work with end-users to remediate and resolve any authentication related issues* Serve as a subject matter expert regarding best practices for Linux/Unix access managementExperience/Qualifications:* Significant operational experience with one or more of the following technologies: Centrify, BeyondTrust AD Bridge, LDAP, Active Directory (multi-forest experience a plus), Unix/Linux* Prior experience supporting Linux/Unix products in complex environments* Strong communication and analytical skills to be able to deduce system requirements and troubleshoot issues.* Strong quality, time and scope management within IT realm * Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture on internal infrastructure and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS * Good understanding of IAM principles, IT security needs, and dev ops processes * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills that are relatable to all levels * Superb planning and organizational skills * Adaptability and multi-tasking; experience working in a fast moving environment
