To promote and execute the sale of automation components used in manufacturing directly to OEM and Tier 1&2 Automotive clients and to ensure the retention and further penetration of profitable business consistent with established sales goals and policies.Experience Needed:Bachelor''s degree or equivalent in an appropriate technical field. Mechatronics background preferred.At least 2 to 3 years of outside sales experience with a Manufacturer, Manufacturer''s Representative or Distributor, selling automation motion products or complete motion systems/robotics. Proven ability to manage and develop a network of nationwide Key Account Customers and to plan and initiate effective sales performance. Strategic and value based sales experience and knowledge of integrated automation systems (preferred).Creative thinker and commercial focus, good technical understanding and results orientation. Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of customers, distributors, prospects, company personnel and others.
