Title: Technical Support /Customer Support Location: Neenah, WI Duration: 24 months Job Description: The Technical Support Agent is responsible for providing phone assistance for new and existing clients with regards to the Client suite of service and equipment. This position will interact with our team of associates, providing top-notch technical support, resolving problems for both external and internal clients and processing revenue related transactions. Requirements: Educate clients regarding equipment and services Troubleshoot equipment and connection issues Provide direction for assistance Documenting cases for calls taken Process Replacement or Service Requests for equipment Proven organizational skills.
