Discover more about us at Responsibilities:The Traffic Manager is responsible for managing the production schedule of creative, digital, and editorial material requests from inception to completion, to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects and associated materials. Traffic Manager, reports directly to the Director Creative Operations. The Traffic Manager will work closely with Creative Services management to balance team workloads, advocate for appropriate timelines on creative projects, and evaluate and assign projects. Manages intake of incoming job requests, and consults with Creative Services management to prioritize projects and determine deadlines; influences and negotiates deadlines based on priorities and available resources.Manages workflow/schedule of all incoming and existing projects while keeping all parties informed of status, conflicts, and delays; communicates project priorities and due dates to the creative team to ensure alignment of work efforts and priorities.Enforces adherence of procedures and guidelines, to business owners for creative workflow processes and deadlines to ensure standardized approach and delivery.Develops and maintains traffic management guidelines/best practices and process documentation with the goal of continuous improvement to the traffic system and account management process.Produces and distributes accurate and meaningful traffic and metric reports by maintaining workload data and traffic activities.Maintains strong working relationships internally, and with other departments, to ensure open lines of communication regarding priorities, requirements, and status.Extensive experience with job tracking software or project management systems. WorkFront is preferred, or Teamwork, Wrike, Filestage, Salesforce, Asana, Basecamp, Jira, Wordpress, Trello, Zoho, Robohead, Workzone. Attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines, while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent client management and team partnership skills.Excellent written and verbal skills.Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.Ability to work independently, yet follow department best practices for transitional work within a team environment.Education/Experience:Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent work experience5 years of previous traffic and production-related experience and preferably in a high-volume corporate or agency environment.Extensive experience with job tracking software or project management system. Extensive with configuration, logic, workflow and system modifications preferred.Strong process optimization skills preferred.Health care experience a plus, but not required.Proficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience with Adobe Create Suite a plusAttention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent client management and team partnership skillsExcellent written and verbal skillsAbility to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.NOTE: Due to COVID-19 all Associates are presently working remotely. Upon reentry, our office is located at 3805 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, 19073.
