This is how we have earned our ranking among the nation''s largest independent electrical and industrial distributors.Turtle & Hughes, Inc., is searching for a Warehouse Manager to join the team in Stoughton, MA.This is a Monday thru Friday position.Position Responsibilities:Manage Warehouse/Logistics Team of 6-10 employees with $5-6m in Inventory and ~$12m in annual sales.Ensure and track that productivity targets are met and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly, efficiently, promptly and following our company''s standard operating procedures.Manage daily warehouse operations to include receiving, shipping, inventory and logistics.Manage warehouse and materials being staged for projectsLoad and unload trucksReceive and count stock items and record dataOperate materials handling equipment with proper trainingStore items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouseMark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipmentPosition Requirements5+ year of Warehouse experience, ability to lift 50 poundsProven Leader with readiness to actively participate in all warehouse activities HS Diploma + min 2 Year College Degree or equivalent work experience Forklift certified, wire cutting experience a plusStrong decision making and problem solving skillsSupervisory ExperienceGood mobility and ability to spend most of the day in a warehouse standing and walkingBasic Computer skillsExperience with electrical contractors preferredWe offer a competitive benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, paid holidays, vacation and a host of additional employee negotiated discounts.
