PerformRx is a subsidiary of the AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies.Summary:PerformRx''s Regional Account Director has overall responsibility for the day to day account management functions for assigned Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) clients. The Account Director leads a team of Regional Account Executives and Account Executives to ensure the clients'' needs are met. The incumbent works with the Account Team to build effective relationships both internally and with the assigned clients. The Account Director will travel domestically to meet with clients and prospective clients when needed. *** OPEN to CANDIDATES NATIONWIDE ***Responsibilities:Accountability for all PerformRx account management activities in the assigned geographical region relating to the support of all PerformRx customers in the region Manage a team consisting of Regional Account Executives and Account Executives Optimize current service levels, resolve customer issues and support all growth activities Ensure the effective development of business strategies, set priorities, collaborate on plans to support client needs and oversee the delivery of commitments to each customer Develop weekly and quarterly reports and presentations as needed for customer meetings Build effective relationships across all levels of leadership Available for 25% overnight domestic travelEducation/Experience:Bachelor''s degree or equivalent work experience requiredMinimum seven (7) years of current/recent healthcare account management experience to include a minimum of five (5) years of pharmacy operations experience requiredCurrent/recent Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience strongly preferredCurrent/recent Medicaid and Medicare experience required BackShareApply Now
