Discover more about us at Responsibilities:The Compensation Consultant will assist the Compensation Center of Excellence (COE) on administering effective compensation programs, policies and guidelines that support the needs of the business. Specific duties include:Perform market and equity analysis for the broad-based compensation program. Provide insights and tools to support market-informed decisions.Support assigned client areas on all compensation related needs with an emphasis on job review/evaluation; provides advice to HR Business Partners, the business and other COEs on the application of compensation programs, policies and procedures.Participate in annual salary surveys from external vendors.Maintain job description database.Ensure compliance of compensation programs as it relates to federal and state HR regulatory requirements with an emphasis on the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).Assist in training new managers on compensation programs and processes.Participate in special projects as assigned.Education/Experience:Bachelor''s Degree human resources or related field.Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.Experience in HRIS systems, preferably PeopleSoft.Experience with market pricing systems and annual compensation systems.3-5 years'' experience in compensation or a combination of 5+ years'' compensation/human resources experience.Proficiency in Microsoft office skills including Excel and PowerPoint; strong technical and analytical skills.
