Project Planner

MOGAS is actively recruiting for a highly organized and experienced Project Planner to support the Inside Sales team. In this role, the Project Planner will partner with and support the Inside Sales Project Manager in the Eastern Hemisphere to liaise with MOGAS Houston internal departments to ensure international project and/or MRO orders are executed effectively. In addition, the role will be responsible for effectively and accurately managing the maintenance and submittal of customer order documentation and data integrity of M-Files within the Sales department.Essential Responsibilities:Proactively coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production Engineering, Purchasing, Production etc.) to pursue answers needed, status updates, delays etc. for major project and/or MRO orders in Eastern Hemisphere. Effectively manage the administrative requirements of the sales orderAccountable for maintaining and managing document submittal schedule per the customer requirementsResponsible for reviewing and editing Sales and M-Files Procedures for all Sales Department documentsThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of administrative project experience as well as a proven skill set of attention to detail. ERP system experience a must, preferably Syteline. Candidate will need to be flexible in working hours due to time zone constraints.
