Works well with others. Includes co-workers, subcontractors and customers Maintain and build relationships with Customers, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Vendors Can successfully collaborate with other Estimators to put together successful deliveries on sophisticated or larger construction projectsQualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is preferred Experience in Conceptual and/or Schematic Estimating 5+ years'' of construction experience preferred Previous Estimator and Preconstruction is required Northern California construction market is preferredInterested in hearing more?
