Job Description

Under the supervision of the Client Service Director, the Operations Manager is responsible for all client services, financial and operational facets of the program, including direct client relations with the assigned customer. In this role, the incumbent will drive the operations and ultimately be responsible for the success of the client''s program. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with the account team to proactively improve support programs and enhance customer satisfaction.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of all field operations processes and company policies.Lead and develop Regional Managers, including planning and directing staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and implement sales and service programs.Analyze current client needs, goals and evaluate current/proposed business processes.Work in conjunction with Client Service Director to create goals and timelines for the dedicated account and prepare detailed proposals and contracts.Develop and implement a client communication strategy and measurement tools.Develop, document, and implement processes to ensure scalable and efficient management of the dedicated account.Prepare and deliver presentations for LMS and Client Leadership Team.Ensure consistency in account management processes and use of technology tools.Manage company funds and equipment in accordance with company policy.Maintain ongoing knowledge and expertise regarding new municate any distribution center changes and contact information to appropriate departments for updating purposes.Successfully complete training of all field related services and procedures.Perform other related duties as assigned.This job description does not imply that the above functions are the only tasks that may be performed. Computer Skills: Ability to use and navigate on a company provided computer and mobile device applications. Proficient skills with MS Office Suite programs; Excel.
