We are currently seeking an M&A/Corporate Attorney.If you are an experienced M&A/Corporate Attorney, please read on...Why join us?Competitive Base Salary!Excellent Benefits Package401kCareer GrowthJob DetailsThe essential job functions are: Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and related ancillary transaction documents;Advising on mergers and acquisitions and business entity governance matters;Advising on choice of entity and creating and restructuring business entities;Assisting in due diligence efforts and managing disclosure schedules;Maintaining a current working knowledge of laws and regulatory developments; andStructuring and drafting documents for commercial and finance transactions.Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Four to seven years of experience in a corporate law firm or in house legal department;Experience working on sophisticated merger and acquisition transactions;Strong contract drafting, research, and writing skills;Ability to work effectively with teams and independently, as well as manage and prioritize multiple projects;Strong analytical skills;Ability to work with staff, attorneys at all levels, and firm clients successfully.Candidate must be licensed or attain license to practice law in the State of terested in hearing more?
