Director of People

Description: The Director People is responsible for the daily management of the Talent and Recruiting Department(s) . This includes working closely with the overall management team to make the best caregiver and management staffing decisions through the development and maintenance of positive relationships. We are looking for someone that loves working with people and exudes the people skills needed to interact positively and professionally with all Kennedy Care team members. This person also needs to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates the ability to think critically and be able to solve problems creatively and effectively.Duties/Responsibilities: (But are not limited to):Recruiting, full lifecycle of a remote home care staff.Experience with a non-exempt, mostly part-time rolesOnboarding - from offer letters to backgroundsPerformance ManagementNew hire engagementHRIS/ATS - PaylocityCulture; Know the pulse of the local talent poolSourcingResponsible for managing indeed and workstream hiring platform applicants and ad spendResponsible for interviewing and evaluatingOnboarding of new crew membersProvides direction to team members, roughly 80+ hires monthlyProvides support and feedback across departmentsWeekly, monthly and quarterly meetingsOn-call availability required at times, Covers HR on office closersOther job task as assigned. Requirements: Education and Experience:4 year minimum experienceValid state driver''s License in the state of MI.Outgoing, compassionate, and positive personality.Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, work quickly and efficiently.Willingness to follow federal and state guidelines on COVID requirementsOffice and Remote workSalary:$50,000 to $60,000 depending on experiencePI155320537
