Description: Louisville Tile Distributors is seeking a customer service rep that also offer support to our outside sales team. Our customer service counter works with the trade and retail customers doing order entry, giving technical installation advice. This position supports the outside sales reps through administrative activities such as quoting, order entry, job tracking, and CRM maintenance. The successful candidate in this position will have a passion for the customer and go above and beyond to create solutions. This is a full-time M - F position. We are located at 4520 Bishop Lane in Louisville, KY. Applicants must pass a post-offer drug screen and background check.
