This is a contract position; however, it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Web Content Administrator Job Responsibilities We are seeking a talented Web Content Administrator to implement and guide content optimization across the various marketing platforms. Additionally, this position will ensure the organization''s MXC strategy is present across the different marketing digital properties and applications. Responsibilities will also include promoting the organization''s core messages online, increasing user engagement and traffic, and developing and maintaining a consistent governance and tone for all components of the organization''s websites. This role will collaborate very closely with the brand and communication teams to we create a consistent message across all our properties and serve as the subject matter expert on how our channels will be leveraged to execute on our brand and communication strategies. This position is critical to implementing marketing strategies and bringing them to life via content across all mediums, domains, and platforms. Web Content Administrator Job Requirements As a Web Content Administrator, you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual, and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor''s degree in business, marketing communication or related field along with a minimum of five (5) years'' related experience in online marketing or digital communications is required. Advanced knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices. Fluency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, Git). A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices. Experience with CMS and CRM applications, marketing automation and integrating with systems and data sources through API''s. Specific knowledge with Sitecore, WordPress, and the Salesforce Cloud. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. 3+ years of experience producing web, e-mail and social media content is a plus. 3+ years of copywriting experience; digital and e-mail channels strongly preferred.
