Staffmark is currently hiring for Machine Operator with our premier client located in Greenwood, DE! Previous Machine Operator required, and a great attitude is a must! Temp to Hire with career & financial growth in your near future! Starting Pay Rate: 1st shift $13.00 - $15.00 and 2nd shift $14.30 - $16.50 - B.O.E. Fantastic Schedules: 1st shift - Mon - Thurs 7am-4:30pm and Fri 7am-12noon 2nd shift - Mon 12am-4am and Mon - Weds 4pm - 4am (One 4hr shift and Three 12hr shifts) Requirements of a Machine Operator: Previous experience is required! Mechanical Aptitude is a plus! Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs Ability to learn new job skills! Safety attitude! Punctual & reliable! What are you doing as a Machine Operator? Resolve setup procedures. Specify lengths and weights of rolls. Thread plastics through feeder rollers. Measuring/Weighing product. Set controls to regulate punch materials. Check for conformance to specifications. Adjust controls as necessary. Install, connect, test, and adjust equipment. Clean tools. Positions and clamps material guides.
