AP Bookkeeper

Our client is a well known service organization with several locations across the country. They have a large Accounting Team and are currently seeking &8203;an AP Bookkeeper due to an internal promotion. This is a fast paced, yet fun and modern working environment. This AP Bookkeeper works closely with two other associates and reports into the Controller. This is a critical role for the company. Responsibilities: Input and process AP invoices into the system Code AP invoices The AP Bookkeeper will reconcile vendor statements Answer vendor inquiries Reconcile bank statements The AP Bookkeeper will assist with the month end close Provide backup to A/R Qualifications: Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields Strong AP experience in a fast paced environment Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented
