PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative Associate in Colorado Springs, CO.Job Summary: The people in these positions intake process all purchase orders sent to Liberty by customers via fax, e-mail or e-commerceThey are also the primary data entry support for the Liberty Sales department Responsibilities: Provide 100% accurate data and order entry support for all Purchase Orders assigned by the Work Flow CoordinatorIdentify back-order and other show-stopping issues on Purchase Orders for the next available C.S.R. to follow upEnsure non-duplication of purchase orders.Customer Service Representative backup as neededRequest productRequest new part-numbersFollow established procedures to complete work Perform work at or above pre-established performance objectives Essential Qualifications: Demonstrated customer-focus orientationOutstanding listening, comprehension and communication skills Good language mechanics - grammar, spelling and punctuationBasis writing composition skillsKnowledge and experience in navigating on the Rubicon system Strong problem-solving skills Excellent organization and prioritization skills including the ability to multi-task Professionalism including flexibility and willingness to change schedules to meet customer needs High degree of confidenceHigh degree of resourcefulness 3+ years of customer care experience, preferably in a call center environmentStrong 10-Key and keyboarding skillsIntermediate PC skills including prior use of standard functions with word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail packagesHigh school diploma * Some business or technical college preferred PDS Tech, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
