We believe in having enough time to be happy both in the office and out of it.Job DetailsYOU WILL:Responsibilities Include filing various local, state and federal tax returns.Manage all procedures and documentation related to sales tax, tax notices, rent tax, accrued tax payable, property tax filings etc.Assist during internal audit process.Identify ways to mitigate tax risk.File all sales tax returns via Avalara reporting tool.Filing annual tax returns in a timely manner with our outside tax pleting various corporate business and property tax returns.Prepare accurate quarterly and annual rent tax reports.Forecast tax predictions to senior managers.Follow Industry trends and track changes related to taxes.Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits.Offer support and guidance during audits.Resolve resale certificate issues and tax exempt requestsCreate education materials for company wide sales tax complianceRequirementsYOU HAVE/ARE:Bachelor''s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant subject.A Minimum of 3 years experience as a tax accountant or similar role.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with accounting software packages.Keen attention to Detail.Excellent analytical and time management skills.Detail oriented and possess strong analytical, communication and organizational terested in hearing more?
