Reporting to the CFO of the business and with a dotted line to the CEO this position has a global reach as the company has over 15 different manufacturing entities. With Multi-Billion dollar annual revenue streams this company produces medical device products that have a positive impact on millions of lives globally.DescriptionThe Corporate Controller - Medical Device will be responsible for the following:Manage all functions of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accountingManage all aspects of the general ledgerManage and execute all external SEC reporting requirementsManage the monthly closing processManage all aspects of Sarbanes-Oxley testing and reportingManage all gross margin and cost accountingProvide monthly, quarterly and annual analysis including key accounting metricsServe as liaison to the external auditorsEstablish and maintain effective internal controlsProfileThe Corporate Controller - Medical Device requires the following skill sets and qualifications:Bachelor''s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Related FieldCPA Qualification (Active) is essentialMinimum of 4 years public accounting and finance experienceMinimum 5 years as a Controller, Manager of Financial Operations, or equivalentMinimum 3 years cost accounting experienceSEC external reporting experience for a public companyStrong analytical, technology, communication and organizational skillsExtensive managerial tenureJob OfferThe Corporate Controller - Medical Device will enjoy the following:Competitive starting base salary $200,000 - $225,000Bonus potential up to 25%Annual stock option compensationHealth, dental, medical insurance coverageCompetitive PTO and 401k planGreat opportunity for future Executive level career growth and progressionIf you are interested in this position, please submit your resume for further consideration.
