If you love Real Estate and a stable work environment, please apply today!Job DetailsResponsibilities: Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules AR/AP for assigned property Lease abstraction and interpretation Manage tenant leases and information and prepare invoices Bank reconciliations Assist with monthly/quarterly close Preparation of financial statements Cash management Assist with annual budgets CAM reconciliations Desired Qualifications: BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related area of study 5+ years Retail or Commercial RE accounting experience preferred Experience with MRI or Yardi accounting softwares Advanced Excel skills
