Accounts Payable Specialist - Temp To Hire

Our client is a law firm in downtown Minneapolis, they are currently remote across the company, but do anticipate returning to the office at some point in 2021, pending safety issues. They are currently going through a software implementation and need to onboard a contractor to support day-to-day functions within their 4 person Accounts Payable team. Daily Responsibilities: Enter approved vouchers into accounting system, Elite Enterprise, for processing based on the firm''s policies and procedures Respond timely to questions related to the firm''s AP workflow process (FRAPP) and employee reimbursements (Concur) Correspond with vendors and employees to effectively handle and resolve inquiries through research and communication of response/resolution. Interact with attorneys and managers to ensure the proper coding and approval of invoices As with any software implementation, this role will require flexibility as tasks may change/evolve. As stated above, they use an electronic AP workflow. The vast majority of invoices you''ll be dealing with are electronic. You will be processing US and International invoices. This is a personable and collaborative team. They are looking for a team player with strong communication skills. This will be a unique situation because you will be a temporary employee of our end client.
