BLT is seeking an outgoing, customer service focused individual who enjoys making a difference in people''s lives. The Concierge is a key member of the property management team. Plenty of opportunity to develop strong relationships and build your career!Description: The Concierge provides superior customer service, possesses detailed knowledge of company policy and procedures, and performs essential functions as they relate to the maintenance and accessibility of the building. Duties and Responsibilities:Oversees the provision of all services at the front desk of the luxury residential buildingPromptly answers phone calls, requests, and concerns, while responding to all resident inquiries in a professional and timely mannerAssists residents with move-in and move-out procedures.Warmly welcomes residents, guests, and vendors. Ensures that all visitors have been properly registered.Adheres to emergency key procedures, manage key insurance policy, and control keyboard.Provides and coordinates resident services including but not limited to: package handling, dry cleaning, event planning, local directions, and courtesy calls.Additional tasks and clerical duties as assigned by supervisorRequirements:Must demonstrate commitment to deliver outstanding customer serviceSelf-motivated, trustworthy, and works with limited supervision. Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
