JOB DESCRIPTION The Maintenance & Reliability Manager will lead the Technical Services Team to achieve industry excellence in safety, quality, efficiency, and service through performance management, rigorous problem solving, and a people-first mindset. This person will also transform maintenance and asset reliability to maximize asset utilization. Responsibilities:Lead execution of the Reliability and Maintenance program to ensure efficiency, quality, and service at top quartile performance. Develop and lead a work management program that maximizes the efficiency of maintenance and technical personnel; prioritizes for machine capacity utilization and minimizes cost of materials.Implement and sustain maintenance processes including spare parts, CMMS, and TPM.Lead the Scheduling and Planning functions working towards 90% or greater planned work vs. reactive work.Develop, manage, and continuously improve an asset reliability program that maximizes asset availability and total life cycle value. Implement reliability analytics (Weibull, Monte Carlo, reliability block diagram, and similar statistical methods) and reliability centered maintenance (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to transform maintenance from reactive to proactive performance.Accountable for administering all site maintenance shop policies and practices related to the employees.Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, reliability personnel and suppliers to ensure the reliability of equipment on all existing and new assets.Lead the site implementation of reliability engineering improvements, manage site contractors, and develop end-of-life asset replacement plans.Motivate and engage people through strategic vision, role clarity, coaching/feedback cycles, action-oriented culture, and clear two-way communication.Model and drive an attitude and mindset of technical excellence and continuous improvement across the whole team, champion key processes and techniques, e.g., performance management, self-directed work teams, and asset reliability.Create a Rewarding environment that motivates the team to use their talents and energy. Build team''s capabilities to create a sustainable talent pipeline for leadership and technical skills.Willingness to be on call as needed to include being on site for specific operations/situations.Qualifications:Bachelor''s Degree is a plus10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, and engineering; with increasing responsibilities from supervisory through site management3+ years of leadership experience is a plusExperience building reliability centered maintenance and work management programs from the ground upUnderstanding of Maintenance and reliability planningInjection molding experience is a plusAssembly/machine automation experience is a plusCMRP Certification is a plusA motivational leader and communicator at all levels of the organization.Ability to prioritize in a complex environmentApplication of reliability analytics and statistical models (e.g., Weibull Analysis), and predictive maintenance techniquesResults Driven Aptitude
