BLT is seeking an experienced and dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our luxury community located in Jersey City. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for providing prospects and residents with exceptional sales and customer service, as well as maintaining awareness of all the happenings within the neighborhood and local rental market.Duties & ResponsibilitiesConverting leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhoodContributing to desired occupancy levels by conducting informative and personalized tours of the community that result in new leasesBuilding brand loyalty and achieving resident retention goals by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellarBoosts traffic, interest, and excitement via social media platformsWorking weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new homethree to four weekends per month with two days off during the weekRequirementsBachelors degree from accredited College or UniversityProficient in Microsoft Office, OneSite Products Property leasing, Sales and/or Customer experienceDemonstrated customer service mindsetStrong leadership, training and mentoring skillsProfessional demeanor and excellent communication skills a must!PM21Powered by JazzHRPI154996894
