Customer Care Representative

We are looking to fill an immediate opening for a Customer Care Center Representative who will be the front line contact for all incoming customer contacts. This is a first shift position. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to receive and process domestic and international orders Utilize available resources to identify solutions and ensure customer satisfaction through effective call resolution Communicate and work with sales associates to ensure leads and opportunities are actively pursued Process product loaners, repairs, and/or returns Pursue additional new and complementary product sales Actively work with sales team and distributors to meet sales targets Perform other duties as needed
