Duties: - Supervise a staff of approximately 4-7 people (per shift) engaged in dish room production activities - Monitoring team members to ensure standard work is followed; ensure daily tasks are carried out in a timely manner and in line with service and budget targets - Verify adherence to standards in Food Safety and ensure a safe environment - Compile KPI''s to measure progress and conduct performance coaching - Train and monitor hourly staff in standard work process.
