Hair Color Bar Educator Madison Reed''s Hair Color Bar Educators serve as technical ambassadors for Madison Reed Hair Color and retail products. As a Madison Reed Educator, you will be tasked to deliver technical training through multiple mediums including one on one, small group classes, and digital technology that elevates the skill set of all Hair Color Bar Team Members while creating a best in class experience for Madison Reed Clients that drive profitable sales and retention.What you''ll do:Actively work in the Hair Color Bar in a Colorist capacity a minimum of 50% of the scheduled work anize, plan, and conduct Madison Reed training and events to generate service and retail sales of Madison ReedTrain Hair Color Bar Team Members while ensuring the proper utilization of products, services, and sales aids including availability, usage, and ingredient benefits.Educate and promote Hair Color Bar tools and techniques and teach all Team Members how to recommend services and retail products to meet the client''s needs and concerns in order to encourage sales.Possess excellent communication and presentation skills with an outgoing, energetic, personality with a positive outlook and a passion for educating others within Madison Reed Hair Color Bars.Build positive working relationships with Hair Color Bar Team Leaders to ensure growth of Madison Reed Hair Color Bars.Attend and participate in national, regional and HUB company meetings to learn about promotions and activities, new technical and sales techniques, and new product introductions as requiredDemonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards teammates.Eager to learn and grow your career within Madison Reed. Who you are:Active Cosmetology licensed required1 year of Training or In-Field Education or SalesAbility to travel to various Hair Color Bar locations within the assigned district or regionAbility to work evenings, weekends and Holidays as neededProficiency in office systems including but not limited to Google and Microsoft platformsDesirable Attributes:An ambitious self-starter who acts with a sense of urgency, an innate problem solver.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this position, the team member will regularly stand/walk for 4 consecutive hours or more at a time; regularly bend and twist at the waist, manipulate fingers and hands, bend wrists and arms, reach with hands and arms, speak, see, hear, and lift/move up to 3 pounds.
