GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe purpose of the role as a Workday systems Administrator at Everside Health is support the assessment, implementation, development and maintenance our Workday HRIS System. This role will work closely with the members of the People Ops, Finance/Accounting, Payroll, Recruiting, Teammates Experience Teams to provide technical support, assistance and guidance to staff to ensure effective management and reporting services and to enhance Everside Health''s Workday PANY OVERVIEWEverside Health is a national on-site, near-site and virtual primary care provider on a mission to fix America''s broken healthcare delivery model. That''s why we exist - and our relentless focus through care delivery access, technology, transparency, and relationships drives us every day.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESOversight of Workday functionality as required to support departments getting the most out of WorkdayServe as primary security administrator and configuratorServes as Business Process administrator, provides business process oversight to functional configurators and configure business processes.Provide subject matter expertise around optimizing and streamlining WorkdayPerform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracyManage access control to the HRIS system and provide support for Workday user-based security issuesCollaborate with Workday account management team on a periodical basisWork closely with the Workday implementation team during new implementation and expansion projectsOversee upgrades, new features, and modulesCollaboratively develop reports to meet needs and drive business results and in response to complex business reporting requestsAssist with the testing and set-up of core Finance, Payroll and HCM systems for any new mergers and acquisitionsProvide support for HR colleagues by researching and resolving HR System problems, unexpected results, or process flawsInvestigate issues and communicating solutionsProvide project management support for system maintenance, upgrades and implementations.Oversees the cross-functional coordination of release management activities. Provides input in creating and establishing release management processes, including developing release management risk and mitigation strategies.Review business procedures/workflows to ensure system features are being fully utilized and identify Workday features that may improve efficiencyPerform analysis into root cause of problems and resolve as appropriateMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 5 years'' experience with Workday (or similar ERP) HCM, Financials and Projects system administration, configuration, permissions/access controls and front-end application use.Experience developing and managing key process documentation, including procedures, user-guides and training material.Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with systems and workday program usersAbility to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneouslyKnowledge of the interrelationship of systems analysis, computer programming, and information technology operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdapt to change effectively, always mindful of technology, business processes, and systemsExperience working in Human Resources and/or Payroll environments is desirable.Workday training or certification is extremely advantageous. A demonstrated aptitude with systems administration and an ability to quickly grasp a new system is essential.A professional communication style which is customer-service focused with a confident and positive attitude.LANGUAGE SKILLSFluent in the written and verbal skills necessary to successfully perform the essential functions, duties, and responsibilities of the position.WORK ENVIRONMENTModerate noise (business office with computers and printers, light traffic).ADAEverside Health provides reasonable accommodations to enable otherwise qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential Physical and/or Mental functions of a position.PHYSICAL DEMANDSPhysical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management. However, in general, the position requires the following physical activities: Ability to lift minimum of 1 pounds to a maximum of 20 pounds unassisted; able to perform repetitive standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, reaching, lifting, and use full range of body motions. Ability to use computer and all peripherals for extended periods of time (hand/finger dexterity) to meet performance goals and submit deliverables within deadlines.Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000
