Monitor manufacturing financial performance by analyzing results and initiating corrective actions to eliminate unfavorable plant manufacturing variances. Report financial status at the corporate level via consolidated forecasts, results reporting, and variance analyses Assist in cost valuation of products in inventory for accuracy by reviewing Bill of Materials (BOMs), labor, routings and material purchases. Analyze capital expenditures to optimize resource allocation. Review daily audit reports of changes to product structure, routing, and PO prices. Estimate costs of new products and proposed changes to existing products. KPI preparation and analysis. Cost standard development for material, labor and overhead. Distribute annual transfer prices to all the foreign divisions. Work with the annual auditors to complete all audit work in cost and inventory. Assist with conducting year-end inventory.
